This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Softkey Consulting ("Company") for the use of the Hourli application, including the web app and Chrome extension (the "Service").
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business time-tracking purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
