Softkey Consulting ("we", "our", "us") operates the Hourli web application and Chrome extension (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We use this solely to create and authenticate your account.

When you connect QuickBooks Online, we store OAuth tokens to sync your time entries. These tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To authenticate your identity
• To sync time entries with connected integrations (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
• To generate AI-powered time entry suggestions from email context

Data Storage

Your data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database. Integration tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for authentication
• Intuit QuickBooks Online — for time entry synchronization
• OpenAI — for AI-powered time entry generation (email subject and body may be sent for processing; no data is stored by OpenAI)

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, all personal data, time entries, and integration tokens will be permanently removed.
